Ronit Little has always had a passion for sharing dance & fitness with others. She started dancing at age 4, different genres such as jazz, tap, ballet, and musical theatre. By the age of 13 she was teaching dance to all ages, from preschool to adults.
In her early 20s, she decided to take a break from dance and follow her dream of becoming a mom. Three kids, a puppy, many years later, she decided it was time to get active again. She became a CanFit Pro certified fitness instructor, with numerous other fitness certifications to her name, that she teaches through the gym.
Ro not only shares her love of FUN fitness with adults, but DANCEPL3Y allows her to make a real impact with kids too. She loves bustin’ a move with the kids - both in community programs & through the schools - and she is super passionate about the positive mental health messages with this program. Ro LIVES by the 3 Rules of PL3Y- she shares these with her own kids, and uses them in every class she teaches. Be positive. Be fun. Be yourself.
